This is a fully functional sample utility web site. The content shown here are some suggested article types that may or may not be use by your particular utility type. Any content that you may want can be displayed on the site, we have a content development team that will work with your particular utility type to develop content for your site.

To view our resident services (view / pay my bill) functions click on the View/Pay My Bill link on the right side menu. If you were a new utility customer you would click the Register Now button and fill in your account information this can also be customized for your utility.

We have already set up a login for you to view the system.

User name: utility    Password: customer

Once logged in, your customer can see his account information, view a statement, manage their account, e-mail customer service, and make an online payment. There are several features built into the system such as the ability to under pay over pay, add service fees and change account information. These features can easily be turned on or off through our site content management system.
